I possess demonstrated experience in leading high-impact behavioral change projects within mid-sized and large enterprises in areas of training & development, employee engagement, performance management, talent management as well as in managing multiple projects in parallel including change management and corporate communication.

My experience in employee upskilling projects span across but not limited to Training & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, eLearning, Gamification, Culture Transformation Initiatives, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Coaching, Corporate Communication and Learning & Development.
