With 15 years of manufacturing experience across multiple countries and cultures of Zone Asia and Zone Europe, I have developed a strong background in Manufacturing, Supply chain, operations leadership, thermal processing, and quality assurance.

I am also a certified Black Belt and Master Coach, trained in LEAN operations and TPM by Nestlé's global experts. I lead the digital manufacturing operations and the change management initiatives to transform our people, processes, and workplace in Main Head Quarter Switzerland. My mission is to drive operational excellence and deliver first time right products for our consumers, while empowering and engaging my team to achieve their full potential and deliver on our shared goals.
